في هذه الحلقة من بودكاست بتوقيت دمشق، نستضيف رائد الصالح في رحلة توثيقية تختزل مسيرة التحول من العمل الإغاثي إلى العمل المؤسسي المنظم، حيث يروي الصالح بداياته كتاجر بسيط في جسر الشغور قادته ظروف النزوح عام 2011 لتنظيم شؤون المهجرين على الحدود التركية، وصولاً إلى اللحظة الفارقة عام 2013 حين شارك بمحض الصدفة في تدريب تقني شكّل النواة الأولى لتأسيس فرق الدفاع المدني السوري. ويستعرض الحوار كواليس توحيد المنظومة تحت اسم "الخوذ البيضاء" عام 2014، مع التركيز على بناء هيكلية إدارية صارمة تفصل التمويل عن القيادة لضمان الاستدامة والنزاهة، وهي المؤسسة التي قدمت تضحيات جسيمة بفقدان أكثر من 300 متطوع في سبيل إنقاذ ما يزيد عن 128 ألف إنسان.كما تتطرق الحلقة للمواجهة الدبلوماسية والإعلامية التي خاضها الصالح، بدءاً من خطابه في مجلس الأمن الذي كسر رواية نظام الأسد وحلفائه، وصولاً إلى دور المنظمة في توثيق الهجمات الكيميائية وتقديم الأدلة القاطعة لمنظمة حظر الأسلحة الكيميائية، مروراً بتجربة الفوز بالأوسكار كمنصة دولية لإيصال صوت السوريين. وفي ختام اللقاء، يسرد الصالح تفاصيل الاستجابة البطولية لزلزال 6 شباط، وصولاً إلى المرحلة الحالية التي يتولى فيها قيادة وزارة الطوارئ وإدارة الكوارث في سوريا المحررة، مؤكداً على رمزية انتمائه للمخيم الذي عاد إليه بعد أداء القسم ليبقى وفياً لقصة الصمود والكرامة السورية.
