Hal ini disampaikan Jokowi saat ditemui di Istana Negara, IKN pada Rabu (5/6/2024)
Jokowi mengatakan bahwa dirinya merasa nyaman menginap di rumah dinas Menteri.
"Tadi malam saya nginepnya di rumah Menteri, rumah dinas Menteri PUPR ya, sangat indah sekali kemarin waktu sunset matahari terbenam sangat indah sekali dan ya suasana itu yang saya sampaikan, tidur nyenyak sekali," ujar Jokowi.
Kunjungan Jokowi ke IKN ini juga untuk meninjau persiapan upacara 17 Agustus. Jokowi juga menyampaikan persiapan di IKN sudah final dan tidak ada kendala.
