Dalam mediasi hari ini, Wapres Gibran lagi-lagi tak hadir dan diwakili oleh tim kuasa hukumnya.
Proses mediasi antara pihak penggugat yakni Subhan Palal dan tergugat yakni Gibran serta KPU RI dimulai sekira pukul 10.15 WIB.
Subhan dan pihak tergugat duduk di kursi-kursi di tiap sisi meja yang tersedia.
Adapun mediasi dipimpin oleh hakim mediator yakni Sunoto yang duduk paling dekat dengan pintu masuk ruang mediasi.
Pengacara Gibran, Dadang Herli Saputra mengungkapkan, kliennya tak hadir karena sudah memberikan surat kuasa istimewa.
Menurut Dadang, hingga saat ini belum ada rencana dari Gibran untuk hadir secara langsung dalam sidang gugatan perdata ini.
Sebagaimana diketahui, mediasi sebelumnya juga sudah dilaksanakan pada 29 September.
Dalam mediasi tersebut, Gibran tidak hadir dan hanya diwakili oleh tim kuasa hukumnya.
Alhasil mediasi pun ditunda hingga hari ini karena penggugat meminta Gibran untuk hadir langsung.
