205 ml de leche vegetal sin azúcar.
3 cucharadas de fruta del monje
90 g de harina de avena (1/2 taza).
30 g de harina de almendras (1/4 de taza).
30 g de cacao en polvo sin azúcar (3 cucharadas).
1 cucharadita de levadura de repostería
20 g de aceite o mantequilla de Vaca
🔥 COCCIÓN:
Microondas: 4-6 min (800 W).
Horno: 180 °C (350 °F) durante 10-12 minutos.
Freidora de Aire 180ºC por 8-10 min
