Motif dendam pribadi diduga menjadi pemicu MF (27) menghabisi nyawa bibinya Hj Mirzah (63) dengan luka bacokan pada leher dan perut di ruang garasi rumahnya, Senin (14/7/2025) kemarin.
Hal tersebut diungkap oleh Kasubdit III Jatanras Ditreskrimum AKBP Arbaridi Jumhur,.
Hanya saja ia belum merinci detail motif dan modus operandi pelaku sehingga dapat menemui korban lalu menghabisi nyawanya.
Jumhur menyebutkan, Pelaku MF merupakan salah satu orang dekat korban, diduga masih memiliki hubungan keluarga sebagai keponakan.
Pelaku MF ditangkap saat bersembunyi di rumahnya yang berlokasi masih di Dusun Tempel, Desa/Kecamatan Gempol, Kabupaten Pasuruan, sekitar pukul 19.00 WIB.
Selain menangkap pelakunya, Anggota Tim Jatanras Polda Jatim juga berhasil menemukan mobil Honda CRV milik korban yang sempat dibawa pelaku, di kawasan Porong, Sidoarjo.
Kini, lanjut Jumhur, anak buahnya masih mengembangkan kasus tersebut untuk mencari alat senjata tajam yang dipakai pelaku menghabisi korbannya.
