LOMBOK BARAT, KOMPAS.TV - Pemerintah fokus merealisasikan sekolah rakyat bagi anak-anak yang berasal dari keluarga tak mampu, agar mendapatkan pendidikan yang merata.Ini disampaikan Menko Infrastruktur Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono saat melihat sekolah rakyat yang berada di Lombok Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat.
Sekolah rakyat yang berada di Lombok Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat memanfaatkan gedung Kantor Sentra Paramita di Mataram.
Sekolah ini menerima 100 siswa yang terdiri dari 50 laki-laki dan 50 perempuan yang berasal dari keluarga miskin atau miskin ekstrem.
Menko Bidang Infrastruktur dan Pembangunan Kewilayahan, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, terus mengawal pelaksanaan sekolah rakyat demi pendidikan yang merata.
