Mengutip dari Tribunnews pada (3/10) bahwa ia memerintahkan agar setiap dapur MBG dilengkapi alat tes cepat.
Atau rapid test untuk menguji makanan sebelum diedarkan.
Menteri Kesehatan, Budi Gunadi Sadikin, menyatakan pihaknya siap menyediakan rapid test kit.
Ia menjelaskan pemeriksaan dapat dilakukan setiap hari maupun secara acak, sesuai standar keamanan pangan.
Menurut Budi, rapid test mampu mendeteksi bakteri seperti salmonella hingga bacillus cereus.
Selain itu, uji zat kimia juga bisa dilakukan untuk mendeteksi kandungan berbahaya seperti sianida, timbal, arsen, formalin, hingga boraks.
Sementara itu, Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) mengungkap dapur Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) yang dibangun Polri sudah memiliki alat rapid test untuk menguji makanan.
Model itu disebut akan diterapkan ke dapur MBG lainnya.
