Insiden terjadi pada Senin (28/7/2025) sekitar pukul 19.37 WIB di Jalan Palembang–Jambi KM 143, Desa Peninggalan, Kecamatan Tungkal Jaya, Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin (Muba).
Akibat peristiwa ini sebanyak empat orang tewas dan 11 orang terluka.
Polisi telah menetapkan sopir sebagai tersangka atas kasus tersebut.
