Posisi Sahroni digantikan oleh Rusdi Masse Mappasessu yang dilantik sebagai Wakil Ketua Komisi III DPR RI pada Kamis (4/9/2025).
Sosok Rusdi Masse merupakan anggota DPR dari Fraksi NasDem yang telah menjabat sejak periode 2019-2024.
Kini, Rusdi memasuki periode keduanya sebagai wakil rakyat di Senayan.
Sebelum terjun ke DPR, Rusdi pernah menjabat sebagai Bupati Sidenreng Rappang (Sidrap), Sulawesi Selatan.
Pada 2008, ia tercatat sebagai bupati termuda di Indonesia saat berusia 35 tahun.
