«Il disco è una fotografia di quello che noto del vivere quotidiano, dove si passa da un eccesso all’altro, senza trovare un equilibrio», racconta Angelica, cantautrice di Monza, a Roma per presentare il suo ultimo lavoro discografico «Sconosciuti superstar», uscito lo scorso marzo per Factory Flaws e distribuito da The Orchard. Un disco, il terzo della sua carriera, di undici tracce registrate tra Roma e Bologna e prodotto da Golden Years, al secolo Pietro Paroletti. «C’è stato un grande lavoro lungo tre anni – prosegue Angelica Schiatti, questo il suo nome all’anagrafe – ma sono contenta del risultato. Era quello che cercavo». L’album è impreziosito dalle collaborazioni di Calcutta e Domenico Finizio dei Tropea. Sound che mescola la disco a ballate organiche, passando dalle chitarre distorte al synth. «A me diverte tanto mescolare sia epoche diverse che generi musicali differenti».
