Nyanyian itu menyerukan agar mereka dikirim ke Palestina untuk melawan pendudukan Israel.
Dikutip dari Al Mayadeen, pertandingan itu berlangsung di Stadion Nelson Mandela, Afrika Selatan, Minggu (6/7).
Dalam rekaman yang beredar di media sosial, tampak ribuan penonton kompak menyuarakan "Free Palestina".
Pertandingan yang awalnya hanya ajang olahraga berubah menjadi panggung ekspresi politik yang berani.
Bahkan sorakan suporter menarik perhatian para pejabat saat upacara penyerahan trofi berlangsung.
Aksi para suporter ini diklaim sebagai simbol solidaritas kuat dengan perjuangan rakyat Palestina.
Meski demikian, aksi ini disebut sebagai penolakan keras warga Aljazair terhadap normalisasi hubungan dengan Israel.
