La storica biblioteca del Seminario vescovile di Caserta è stata intitolata al vescovo emerito Raffaele Nogaro, scomparso nei mesi scorsi quand'era ormai in pensione dopo aver guidato per 19 anni la Diocesi del capoluogo in un periodo di grandi lotte per l'affermazione dei diritti ma anche di grandi trasformazioni.
