A conversa parte de um dado desconfortável: cerca de 92% do orçamento federal está engessado, e boa parte do que sobra vira emenda parlamentar. Daí em diante, o papo passa pela dívida caminhando para 100% do PIB, pelo fim prático do teto de gastos, pelos R$ 20 bilhões pagos acima do teto constitucional, pelo avanço do judiciário sobre o Congresso e pelo cenário de crédito com 80% das famílias endividadas.
Também entram na mesa a comparação com Argentina, Venezuela e França, o risco de dominância fiscal, o que o investidor estrangeiro já está precificando e por que os dois convidados acreditam que a única saída ainda disponível passa pela renovação do Congresso.
