Sudewo diduga menerima aliran dana terkait kasus korupsi proyek pembangunan jalur kereta di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Perkeretaapian (DJKA) Kementerian Perhubungan.
Ia diduga menerima commitment fee saat masih menjabat sebagai anggota DPR periode 2019-2024.
Pernyataan itu disampaikan oleh Juru Bicara KPK Budi Prasetyo pada Kamis (14/8/2025).
Commitment fee sendiri merupakan biaya yang dibebankan oleh pemberian pinajaman kepada peminjam sebagai kompensasi atas kesanggupan mereka untuk menyediakan dana pinjaman.
"Saudara SDW (Sudewo) merupakan salah satu pihak yang diduga juga menerima aliran commitment fee (biaya komitmen) terkait dengan proyek pembangunan jalur kereta,” kata Budi.
Terkait hal itu, KPK bakal segera memanggil Bupati Sudewo guna dimintai keterangan.
Budi mengatakan, KPK sebetulnya pernah menyita uang dari Sudewo sekitar Rp 3 miliar terkait perkara tersebut. (Tribun-Video.com/Tribunnews.com)
