BÖRSE AM MITTAG: BMW streicht 8.000 Jobs – Deutsche Bank, BASF und RWE überraschen den DAXBMW plant weltweit den Abbau von rund 8.000 Arbeitsplätzen. Das Unternehmen setzt auf natürliche Fluktuation und ein freiwilliges Abfindungsprogramm in Deutschland. Dieses soll von Oktober 2026 bis Ende 2027 laufen. BMW äußerte sich zunächst nicht offiziell.
Die Deutsche Bank steigerte im zweiten Quartal den Vorsteuergewinn auf 2,68 Milliarden Euro. Die Erträge legten um 9 % zu und übertrafen die Erwartungen des Marktes. Volker Schulz von den Bernecker Börsenbriefen bezeichnete vor allem die verbesserte Aufwand-Ertrags-Quote als entscheidend.
BASF meldete einen Umsatz von 17,2 Milliarden Euro. Das Unternehmen erhöhte seine Gewinnerwartung für das laufende Jahr und kündigte ein Aktienrückkaufprogramm im Volumen von bis zu einer Milliarde Euro an. Gleichzeitig sank die Zahl der Vollzeitstellen am Stammsitz Ludwigshafen auf den niedrigsten Stand seit 1954.
RWE übertraf nach eigenen Angaben die Markterwartungen im ersten Halbjahr 2026 und hob die Ergebnisprognosen bis 2027 an. Laut Volker Schulz kamen wichtige Beiträge aus Onshore-Wind, Solar und dem Energiehandel. Der DAX blieb trotz positiver Unternehmenszahlen auf Richtungssuche.
