PLO | Ukraine nã tên lửa ATACMS vào Crimea khiến 155 người thương vongNgày 23-6, Bộ Quốc phòng Nga cáo buộc lực lượng Ukraine tấn công thành phố Sevastopol, bán đảo Crimea bằng tên lửa chiến thuật tầm xa ATACMS trang bị đầu đạn chùm do Mỹ viện trợ. Dù hầu hết tên lửa bị phòng không Nga bắn hạ, một tên lửa vẫn trúng mục tiêu, gây ra thương vong cho dân thường. Theo thống kê sơ bộ, 4 người (bao gồm 2 trẻ em) thiệt mạng và 151 người bị thương (bao gồm 27 trẻ em).
Vụ tấn công đã gây phản ứng mạnh mẽ từ phía Nga. Ủy ban điều tra Nga mở cuộc điều tra hình sự về vụ việc. Người đứng đầu Crimea, Sergey Aksyonov, tuyên bố ngày 24-6 là ngày quốc tang để tưởng nhớ các nạn nhân. Bộ Quốc phòng Nga cáo buộc các chuyên gia Mỹ đã thiết lập tọa độ bay của tên lửa dựa trên thông tin từ vệ tinh do thám của Mỹ, cho rằng Washington phải chịu trách nhiệm trực tiếp về vụ tấn công.
Hiện tại, cả Mỹ và Ukraine chưa lên tiếng về các cáo buộc này. Vụ việc xảy ra trong bối cảnh căng thẳng leo thang giữa Nga và Ukraine, đồng thời đặt ra nhiều câu hỏi về vai trò và trách nhiệm của các bên liên quan trong việc cung cấp và sử dụng vũ khí.
