오늘은 소라찜이에요!
해산물 중에서도 소라는 특유의 쫄깃함과
바다 향이 진하게 살아 있어서 제가 정말 좋아하는 메뉴인데요!
특히 찜으로 먹으면 재료 본연의 맛이
가장 잘 느껴지는 것 같아서 찜으로 준비해봤니다!

한 입 크게 베어 물면 진짜 식감이 예술이에요!
겉은 쫄깃하고 안쪽은 부드럽게 씹히면서
질기다는 느낌은 전혀 없고 씹을수록 단맛이 은은하게 퍼지는데
그게 인위적인 단맛이 아니라 바다에서 올라오는
자연스러운 감칠맛이라 더 좋았어요!

내장 부분은 또 다른 매력이있는데요!
고소하면서도 살짝 쌉싸름한 맛이 포인트!!
그 맛이 전체적인 풍미를 더 깊게 만들어주고
부드럽게 부서지는 식감도 너무 매력있었어요

소주 한 잔 곁들이면 더 좋았겠지만
아쉽게도 냉장고에 없어서 오늘은 패스했습니다😆
