Respons Istana soal Pemberhentian Hasyim Asy'ari dari Ketua KPU Buntut Kasus Asusila Terhadap PPLN

Diketahui, Presiden Joko widodo (Jokowi) juga akan segera menerbitkan Keputusan Presiden (Keppres) pemberhentian Hasyim sebagai ketua sekaligus anggota KPU RI.
Hal itu disampaikan oleh Koordinator Staf Khusus Presiden, Ari Dwipayana.
Keppres tersebut dikatakan oleh Ari akan keluar dalam kurun waktu 7 hari setelah terbitnya putusan DKPP.
Saat ini pemerintah melalui Kementerian Sekretariat Negara masih menunggu salinan putusan DKPP tersebut.
Ari menyebut Keputusan DKPP itu tidak akan mengganggu jadwal Pilkada serentak yang akan digelar pada November 2024 mendatang.
Ari mengatakan, pemerintah memastikan Pilkada serentak tetap berlangsung sesuai jadwal.
Karena terdapat mekanisme pemberhentian antar waktu untuk mengisi kekosongan anggota KPU.
Ditemui secara terpisag, Wakil Ketua Komisi II DPR RI, Yanuar Prihatin mengatakan pihaknya akan segera memanggil Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) dan DKPP membahas pergantian Ketua RI.
Komisi II DPR RI juga akan meminta penjelasan dari DKPP mengenai pemecatan Hasyim sebagai Ketua KPU RI.
Politikus Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) itu berharap pertemuan tersebut akan digelar sesegera mungkin.
Yanuar menegaskan keputusan DKPP menjatuhkan sanksi pemberhentian tetap terhadap Hasyim harus dihormati.
