LAMPUNG SELATAN, KOMPAS.TV - Intensitas hujan yang tinggi selama dua hari terakhir menyebabkan drainase tak mampu mengalirkan besarnya debit air. Akibatnya, ratusan rumah warga di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan terendam banjir.Salah satunya di Kelurahan Way Huwi, Kecamatan Jati Agung, Lampung Selatan, Lampung.
Diperkirakan banjir merendam ratusan rumah warga setinggi 50 cm.
Sejumlah rumah warga telah ditinggal pemilik untuk mengungsi ke rumah kerabat, sementara sejumlah perabotan rumah warga juga rusak atau hilang terbawa air.
Warga mengatakan, drainase dan saluran pembuangan air yang ada di wilayah tersebut tak berfungsi secara maksimal.
