PLO | Tổng thống Mỹ Joe Biden đã gặp phải sự nhầm lẫn đáng chú ý khi gọi nhầm tên Phó Tổng thống Kamala Harris thành "Phó Tổng thống Trump" trong một cuộc họp báo sau Hội nghị Thượng đỉnh NATO. Ông Biden khẳng định rằng bà Harris đủ tiêu chuẩn để trở thành tổng thống, nhưng ông không có ý định rời bỏ cuộc đua tổng thống.
