30-Tonnen-Lkw droht umzukippen – aufwendige Bergung in Eppelheim
Am vergangenen Dienstag drohte in Eppelheim ein rund 30 Tonnen schwerer Lastwagen umzukippen. Der Lkw war auf dem Weg zum Aromahersteller ADM Wild, als er auf einer behelfsmäßigen Fahrbahn im Bereich einer Baustelle von der Strecke abkam und ins Rutschen geriet.Der Lastwagen geriet dadurch gefährlich in Schräglage und drohte abzurutschen. Die Feuerwehren aus Eppelheim und Plankstadt sowie die Berufsfeuerwehr Heidelberg rückten mit zahlreichen Einsatzkräften an.
Für die aufwendige Bergung mussten schließlich zwei schwere Kräne eingesetzt werden. Über mehrere Stunden wurde der Lkw gesichert und anschließend wieder aufgerichtet.
Obwohl der Lastwagen als Gefahrguttransporter unterwegs war, bestand zu keiner Zeit eine Gefahr für Menschen oder Umwelt. Geladen hatte das Fahrzeug lediglich natürliches Ingwer-Konzentrat.
Nach mehreren Stunden konnte der Lkw schließlich sicher geborgen werden.
