Penetapan tersangka terhadap Bambang Raya ini bermula dari penggerebekan tempat karaoke tersebut pada 27 Februari malam.
Penggerebekan dilakukan karena ada dugaan penyediaan hiburan tari telanjang atau striptis dan praktik prostitusi.
Dalam penyidikan kasus, polisi telah meminta keterangan dari 11 orang saksi.
