Fabio #Duranti e Daniele #Capezzone, ai microfoni di Radio Radio, non hanno risparmiato critiche, sollevando dubbi sulla neutralità istituzionale e sull’uso selettivo dei simboli repubblicani.
Il primo punto critico sollevato riguarda l’utilizzo della fascia tricolore, simbolo dell’unità nazionale, in un evento dai contorni fortemente politici. "Non mi piace l’ostensione del sindaco con la fascia tricolore in quelle occasioni, non ci sta proprio", ha osservato Fabio Duranti. "O il sindaco gira dalla mattina alla sera con la fascia, oppure indossarla solo in certe manifestazioni significa che per te hanno più valore rispetto ad altre". Secondo Duranti, la presenza cerimoniale dovrebbe essere limitata a eventi ufficiali istituzionali, non a manifestazioni a tema.
