[FULL] Terkuak! Kejagung Ungkap Peran 7 Tersangka Korupsi Tata Kelola Minyak Mentah
JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Direktur Penyidikan Jampidsus (Dirdik) Kejagung, Abdul Qohar merilis peran 7 tersangka dalam dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah.Perkara bermula pada 2018-2023 terkait pemenuhan minyak mentah.
"Pada akhirnya pemenuhan minyak mentah maupun produk kilang dilakukan dengan cara impor. Pada saat yang sama, produksi minyak mentah dalam negeri oleh KKKS juga dengan sengaja ditolak dengan fakta produksi minyak mentah oleh KKKS tidak memenuhi nilai ekonomis, padahal harganya masih sesuai harga perkiraan sendiri (HPS)." ungkap Qohar di Kejagung, Senin (24/2/2025) malam.
Adapun tujuh tersangka yang dimaksud adalah SDS, AP, RS, YF, MK, DW, dan GRJ.
Dalam kegiatan ekspor minyak para tersangka SDS, AP, RS, dan YF selaku Penyelenggara Negara.
Mereka telah mengatur kesepakatan harga dengan broker, dengan tersangka MK, DW, dan GRJ.
Lebih lanjut yang dibuat para tersangka menyebabkan kerugian bagi masyarakat sehingga harga bahan bakar minyak tinggi.
"Adanya beberapa perbuatan melawan hukum tersebut, telah mengakibatkan adanya kerugian keuangan negara sekitar Rp 193,7 triliun," ucap Qohar.
