UPI Transaction rules: क्या E20 की तरह UPI पर भी शांत हो जाएगा विपक्ष? | UPI new rules | India TVUPI नियमों में बदलाव पर अब सरकार और विपक्ष के बीच सियासी घमासान तेज हो गया है.. लोकसभा में नेता विपक्ष राहुल गांधी ने केंद्र सरकार पर सीधा अटैक किया है.. और आरोप लगाया कि अमेरिका के प्रेशर में सरकार ने यूपीआई चार्ज का नया फॉर्मूला तैयार किया है.. राहुल गांधी ने बयान जारी करते हुए अपना स्टैंड क्लियर कर दिया है.. और एक बार फिर केंद्र सरकार को अल्टीमेटम दे दिया है.. UPI चार्ज का फैसला सरकार को वापस लेना पड़ेगा.. जिस पर अब वित्त मंत्रालय का जवाब आया है.. जिसमें कहा कि UPI से जुड़े फैसले भारत की घरेलू जरूरतों के आधार पर स्वतंत्र रूप से लिए गए हैं.. इस फैसले को पलटने का सवाल ही नहीं उठता.. UPI नियमों में बदलाव किसी विदेशी दबाव में नहीं लाया गया है.. इस मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में PIL भी दायर की गई है.. याचिका में अदालत से सरकार के इस नए नियम को तुरंत रद्द करने की मांग की गई है.. आपको बता दें कि सरकार ने UPI ट्रांजेक्शन को लेकर बड़ा कदम उठाते हुए.. फैसला किया है कि 15 अक्टूबर 2026 से ₹2,000 से ज्यादा के चुनिंदा UPI मर्चेंट पेमेंट पर 0.4% MDR लगेगा.. इसकी अधिकतम सीमा ₹300 प्रति ट्रांजैक्शन होगी.. ये शुल्क मर्चेंट से लिया जाएगा, ग्राहक से नहीं..

Rahul Gandhi issued a statement clarifying his stance and once again issued an ultimatum to the central government: "The government will have to withdraw the UPI charging decision." The Finance Ministry has now responded, stating that decisions related to UPI have been made independently based on India's domestic needs. There is no question of reversing this decision. The changes to UPI rules have not been made under any foreign pressure. A PIL has also been filed in the Supreme Court in this matter. The petition asks the court to immediately repeal this new government rule. The government has taken a major step regarding UPI transactions and has decided that, starting October 15, 2026, select UPI transactions of more than ₹2,000 will be subject to the ban. 0.4% MDR will be charged on merchant payments.. Its maximum limit will be ₹300 per transaction.. This fee will be collected from the merchant, not from the customer..
