🌎🌳🐒⛈️🐸🌴 Neste 27 de maio, Dia Nacional da Mata Atlântica, o Fala FADS reforça a luta pela efetivação da Lei da Mata Atlântica, quase 20 anos após sua aprovação. O bioma abriga cerca de 70% da população brasileira, mas já perdeu grande parte de sua cobertura original. Apesar do crescimento de novas florestas, as matas nativas mais antigas seguem sendo destruídas em ritmo alarmante. São elas que armazenam mais carbono, protegem a biodiversidade e garantem serviços essenciais como água e regulação climática. Sem proteger essas florestas maduras, o futuro da Mata Atlântica — e da vida que ela sustenta — fica ameaçado.✊✊🏻✊🏼✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿 Para este programa, convidamos:
📌 Ivy Wiens é relações públicas, especialista em gestão pública e mestre em gestão ambiental. Foi coordenadora geral da Rede de ONGs da Mata Atlântica de 2011 a 2013. Atua na área do turismo de base comunitária e em movimentos de base do Vale do Ribeira, é feminista e da produção do Fala FADS;
📌 Renato Cunha é engenheiro com especialização em gestão ambiental e planejamento energético, coordenador do Grupo Ambientalista da Bahia (Gambá), membro da coordenação nacional da Rede de ONGs da Mata Atlântica, atua na área ambiental há 40 anos.
