국내 음식료주는 하반기에도 해외 집중 전략이 유효하다는 평가가 나옵니다.
특히 삼양식품은 ‘매운 맛의 글로벌화’로 수출 모멘텀이 이어지고 있고, 농심은 월마트 입점과 신제품 툼바 확산이 관건입니다. 오리온은 최근 부진했지만, 고성장 채널 확대와 가성비 제품 전략이 하반기 모멘텀으로 꼽힙니다.

3분기 실적 전망을 보면 삼양식품은 밀양 2공장 가동으로 채널 확장이 기대되고, 농심은 툼바의 미국 메인 채널 입점 여부가 중요합니다. 오리온은 리콜 비용 부담은 있지만, 전 법인에서 성장 채널 성과가 확인될 필요가 있습니다.

결국 음식료 섹터의 투자 전략은 내수보다는 해외 성과에 방점이 찍혀 있습니다. 라면뿐 아니라 핫도그, 냉동김밥 같은 카테고리로 확장이 가능하고, K-콘텐츠와 연계된 마케팅도 장기 성장 동력으로 꼽히고 있습니다.
