Faida per il controllo delle piazze di spaccio, 3 arresti nel milanese
MILANO (ITALPRESS) - La Polizia di Stato, coordinata dalla Procura presso il Tribunale di Lodi, ha eseguito un'ordinanza di custodia cautelare nei confronti di 3 persone, due cittadini marocchini di 30 e 39 anni e un cittadino italiano di 53 anni, gravemente indiziati a vario titolo dei reati di tentato omicidio in concorso, porto abusivo di armi da fuoco e spaccio di sostanze stupefacenti. In particolare, per i due cittadini stranieri, è stata disposta la custodiacautelare in carcere per tentato omicidio, porto di arma da sparo e spaccio di sostanze stupefacenti quali cocaina, eroina e hashish, mentre per un italiano di 53 anni sono stati disposti gli arresti domiciliari per il reato di spaccio di sostanze stupefacenti in concorso con i due magrebini. Il provvedimento è il risultato delle indagini svolte dalla sezione Reati contro la Persona della Squadra Mobile di Milano a seguito del ferimento con dei colpi di fucile di un cittadino marocchino, di 48 anni, avvenuto nelle zone rurali del comune di Locate di Triulzi nel mese di maggio 2024. vbo/mca2
