MARLA-SVENJA-LIEBICH: Neonazi auf der Flucht – Jetzt droht die Auslieferung!Das Kreisgericht in Pilsen hat die Auslieferung von Svenja Liebich in die Bundesrepublik Deutschland bewilligt. Die Entscheidung ist noch nicht rechtskräftig. Svenja Liebich wurde in Deutschland wegen Volksverhetzung zu anderthalb Jahren Haft verurteilt. Vor dem Haftantritt floh die 55-Jährige nach Tschechien. Vor Gericht erklärte Liebich, in einem deutschen Männergefängnis um das eigene Leben fürchten zu müssen. Die Richterin folgte dieser Argumentation nicht. Gegen die Entscheidung kann innerhalb von drei Tagen Berufung eingelegt werden. Bis zu einem endgültigen Beschluss bleibt Liebich in Haft in Tschechien. Im Fall einer Auslieferung wäre das Frauengefängnis in Chemnitz die erste Station.
