Toni RM kuasa hukum Pegi Setiawan menanggapi saksi ahli dalam kasus yang ditangani oleh tim penyidik dari Polda Jawa Barat.

Saksi ahli tersebut ialah Profesor Agus Surono.

Profesor Agus Surono dianggap oleh tim penyidik berupaya menutupi keterangannya karena dinilai dapat melemahkan penyidik atau Polda jabar.

Menurut Toni RM untuk menetapkan seseorang sebagai Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO) harus memenuhi syarat-syarat tertentu, termasuk penetapan dari pengadilan dan prosedur yang sudah sesuai.

Pegi Setiawan sendiri telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka setelah proses yang tepat. Namun, dalam sesi tanya jawab banyak dari jawaban yang diberikan oleh saksi ahli ini dianggap sebagai berkilah atau mengelak.
