Pakar hukum pidana menyebut bahwa hukum bisa menyeret Jokowi jika terbukti ada peran aktif terlibat atau memberikan perintah.
Dikutip dari Tribunnews, penilaian itu disampaikan oleh Dosen Hukum Pidana dari Fakultas Hukumn UI, Febby Mutiara Nelson.
Febby menjelaskan bahwa dalam aturan hukum pidana, berlaku pada siapa saja tanpa terkecuali, termasuk presiden.
“Kalau nanti dalam proses hukum terbukti bahwa presiden secara aktif terlibat atau memberikan perintah yang melanggar hukum dalam program chromebook ini, maka tentu pertanggungjawaban pidana tidak bisa dikecualikan,” kata Febby saat dihubungi, Jumat (5/9/2025).
Febby menegaskan bahwa dalam prinsip hukum pidana, mengatur setiap orang yang turut serta melakukan tindak pidana bisa dimintai pertanggungjawaban, terlepas dari jabatannya.
Nantinya, Febby menilai tak menutup kemungkinan akan ada konsekuensi hukum terhadap Jokowi jika ada bukti terlibat langsung dari temuan penyidikan.
Seperti diketahui, Kejaksaan Agung, resmi menetapkan Nadiem Makarim sebagai tersangka daam kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan Laptop Chromebook dalam program Digitalisasi Pendidikan tahun 2019-2022.
Seusai ditetapkan tersangka, Nadiem Makarim juga langsung ditahan di rutan Salemba Cabang Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Selatan. (Tribun-Video.com)
