Manuel Koch (Inside Wirtschaft): „Unser Rentensystem ist langfristig nicht tragbar"
In Zeiten wachsender Unsicherheit rund um das Rentensystem ruft das Deutsche Aktieninstitut zu tiefgreifenden Reformen in der Altersvorsorge auf. Welche Lösungen es gibt und was Deutschland von anderen Ländern lernen kann… „Es ist nur ein Tropfen auf dem heißen Stein. Es löst das Problem nicht. Waren es vor sechzig Jahren sechs Beitragszahler, die für einen Rentner gezahlt haben, sind es jetzt nur noch zwei. Auch der Bundeshaushalt muss enorm viel reinbuttern in die Rente. Im letzten Jahr waren es 116 Milliarden Euro, die aus Steuermitteln zur Stabilisierung dazugezahlt werden mussten. Das ist langfristig nicht tragbar“, sagt Manuel Koch. Der Chefredakteur von Inside Wirtschaft weiter: „Wir brauchen ein Umdenken der Politik, ein Einsetzen des Kapitalmarktes und steuerliche Anreize. Da sind Aktien, Aktienfonds und ETFs eine ganz wichtige Maßnahme. Langfristig bringt das eine sehr solide durchschnittliche Rendite von sechs bis acht Prozent pro Jahr."
