¿Hay realmente más terremotos que antes, o solo lo sientes así? Analicemos la racha de sismos que sacudió el planeta en los últimos meses (el histórico 8.8 de Kamchatka, y después Filipinas, Venezuela, México y Colombia) para responder con datos del USGS si estamos ante un cambio real o ante un truco de nuestra propia percepción. De paso hablamos de por qué los terremotos no son eventos totalmente aleatorios, qué tiene que ver el fracking con la sismicidad inducida, si el cambio climático puede influir en la actividad sísmica, por qué algunos sismos matan a miles y otros casi a nadie, y si de verdad se puede predecir.
