Anggota Koalisi Sipil untuk Pembaruan KUHAP, Daniel Winarta, mengatakan pihaknya mengkritisi pembahasan RUU tersebut yang dianggap cenderung cepat.
Selain itu, kata Daniel, secara substansi RUU KUHAP memiliki banyak pasal-pasal yang bermasalah.
Tak hanya itu, dia menyebut bahwa paradigmanya RUU KUHAP yang tengah disusun DPR masih otoriter.
