Suhu Panas Ekstrem di Eropa, Begini Kegiatan Warga Roma hingga Paris |
KOMPAS.TV - Kementerian Kesehatan Italia mengeluarkan peringatan suhu panas untuk 17 kota di seluruh Italia, termasuk Roma, Florence, Turin, dan Milan.Warga di Roma berjuang mengatasi panas saat suhu naik di atas 40 derajat Celsius. Warga juga mencelupkan tangan, lengan, dan wajah mereka ke air mancur yang ada di Roma, serta menikmati gelato sambil berusaha tetap sejuk.
Sementara itu, warga di Paris berusaha tetap sejuk di tengah suhu ekstrem yang mencapai 40 derajat Celsius. Meskipun peringatan kesehatan diberlakukan, warga Paris berenang di Sungai Seine, menggunakan air mancur, dan tetap berada di tempat yang teduh.
Badan Cuaca Nasional Prancis menempatkan beberapa departemen dalam status peringatan merah tertinggi, dengan wilayah Paris menjadi yang paling terkena dampak.
Cuaca panas yang tidak normal "membuat jutaan warga Eropa terpapar tekanan panas tinggi", dengan suhu pada bulan Juni lebih khas dari bulan Juli dan Agustus.
Juni ini kemungkinan akan menjadi salah satu dari lima bulan terpanas yang pernah terjadi.
