Pyongyang mengatakan akan mengambil tindakan balasan terhadap tindakan militer provokatif.
Angkatan Bersenjata Korea Utara pun siaga untuk meredam provokasi kolektif oleh AS dan sekutunya.
Korea Utara menyatakan negaranya teguh terhadap pendirian mereka yang tidak pernah menoleransi tindakan sekecil apa pun yang berdampak negatif bagi keamnana negaranya.
