Referendum Giustizia, cosa cambia DAVVERO con il Sì o il No: la riforma Nordio SPIEGATA PER TUTTI
Il 22 e 23 marzo i cittadini italiani sono chiamati al voto sul Referendum sulla Giustizia: la riforma Nordio prevede:1) la separazione delle carriere tra giudici e pubblici ministeri
2) lo sdoppiamento del Csm
3) la nascita di un’Alta Corte Disciplinare
4) l'introduzione del sorteggio per scegliere i membri di questi tre organi, i due CSM e l’Alta Corte)
Per questo referendum non è previsto un quorum: il risultato sarà valido qualunque sia l’affluenza alle urne.
