🔴Roy Suryo Tuding Polisi di Bawah Kendali Kubu Jokowi, Ijazah Asli Diserahkan ke Penyidik

TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Kubu Roy Suryo menyoroti dugaan perlakuan khusus polisi terhadap Jokowi dalam kasus tudingan ijazah.

Pasalnya, penyidik memilih memeriksa Jokowi di Solo, bukan di Polda Metro Jaya seperti surat panggilan resmi.

Mereka menilai langkah itu tidak adil bagi pihak lain yang dilaporkan dalam kasus serupa.

Dikutip dari Kompas.com, pernyataan itu disampaikan oleh kuasa hukum Roy Suryo, Ahmad Khozinudin, Rabu (23/7/2025).

Menurutnya, dugaan perlakuan istimewa itu seolah polisi berada di bawah kendali Jokowi.

“Sekarang, dipanggil Polda, tidak hadir di Polda Metro Jaya, malah penyidik Polda yang akan datang ke Solo. Ini kan sama saja, polisi di bawah kendali Jokowi?” ujarnya.

Jokowi sebelumnya dipanggil sebagai pelapor, namun tidak hadir di Polda Metro Jaya dengan alasan sakit.

Meski demikian, Jokowi justru terlihat menghadiri Kongres Partai Solidaritas Indonesia (PSI) di Jakarta.

“Dipanggil Polda sebagai saksi korban di tingkat penyidikan, tidak datang alasan sakit, tapi malah hadir di kongres PSI,” jelasnya.

Sementara itu, Ahmad menyebut hal ini menunjukkan ketidakadilan dalam perlakuan aparat penegak hukum terhadap pihak yang terlibat.

Langkah tersebut dinilai tidak sesuai prosedur lantaran surat panggilan resmi berada di Jakarta sebagai lokasi pemeriksaan.

Selain itu, kubu Roy Suryo juga menyoroti perbedaan perlakuan antara laporan Jokowi di Polda Metro Jaya.

Lantas, pihaknya mendesak kepolisian bersikap profesional dan memperlakukan semua pihak secara adil dalam perkara ini.
