Diketahui dalam perkara ini, keuangan negara mengalami kerugian hingga Rp224,69 miliar.
Adapun ada empat terdakwa dalam kasus ini, yakni Indra Sukmono Arharrys selaku Direktur Pengembangan Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya periode 2019-2024 dan terdakwa Donald Sihombing selaku Direktur Utama PT Totalindo Eka Persada. Kemudian terdakwa Saut Irianto Rajagukguk selaku Komisaris PT Totalindo Eka Persada dan Eko Wardoyo selaku Direktur Independen PT Totalindo Eka Persada.
Para tedakwa dinilai secara terbukti sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana korupsi secara bersama-sama sebagaimana dakwaan pertama penuntut umum.
Donald Sihombing divonis dengan pidana penjara selama enam tahun, denda Rp300 juta subsider empat bulan kurungan, dan uang pengganti Rp11,95 miliar subsider tiga tahun penjara.
