Serangan itu menyusul agresi yang telah dilancarkan ke Beersheba sebelumnya, yang menghancurkan Rumah Sakit (RS) utama Israel, Soroka, pada Kamis (19/6/2025) kemarin.
Diketahui serangan itu menyebabkan kerusakan besar terhadap sejumlah bangunan.
Ada tujuh orang yang menjadi korban luka dalam serangan Iran pagi ini.
Sementara itu hantaman keras rudal dari Iran menciptakan kawah besar yang membakar sejumlah mobil terparkir di area tersebut.
Bahkan petugas pemadam kebakaran langsung dikerahkan bergegas menuju lokasi kejadian untuk memadamkan api.
Gelombang kejut efek dari serangan tersebut mengakibatkan balkon-balkon gedung apartemen hancur, dan menerbangkan puing-puing bangunan.
Warga yang menetap di gedung-gedung rusak tersebut terpaksa berlindung di ruang penyimpanan bom.
Polisi setempat telah turun tangan untuk melakukan evakuasi dibantu oleh petugas medis Magen David Adom (MDA), serta tentara pencarian dan penyelamatan Komando Front Dalam Negeri.
Menurut MDA, lima orang dari tujuh korban tersebut telah dibawa ke RS Soroka untuk mendapatkan penanganan lebih lanjut.
