Personel TNI Kawal Jaksa, Kapuspen Tingkat Kejati 1 Pleton

Kepala Pusat Penerangan Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) Mayjen Kristomei Sianturi memastikan personel kejaksaan bisa mendapatkan perlindungan personal dari TNI selama ada permintaan dari kejaksaan.

Menurut Kristomei, seorang jaksa bisa dikawal TNI sejak dari rumah ke kantor selama ada ancaman yang dirasakannya.

Kristomei menambahkan untuk tingkat Kejati akan dikawal 1 pleton dan untuk Kejari bisa dikawal 1 regu. Namun jumlah kepastian personel itu bisa berubah sesuai dengan permintaan kejaksaan.

Perlindungan personal bagi jaksa itu merupakan amanat dari peraturan presiden atau perpres nomor 66 tahun 2025 tentang perlindungan negara terhadap jaksa dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia.
