„Die Polizei hat meinen Bruder getötet“, Schwester des Mannes – Polizeieinsatz in Bologna eskaliert
Nach dem Tod eines Mannes bei einem gewaltsamen Polizeieinsatz im italienischen Bologna haben die Behörden Aufklärung versprochen. Am Sonntag war ein 43 Jahre alte Mann aus Marokko von zwei Polizeibeamten mit Handschellen gefesselt worden und minutenlang zu Boden gedrückt worden. Obwohl der Mann mehrfach um Hilfe rief, ließen die Beamten nicht von ihm ab – bis er starb. Die Schwester des Opfers sowie Tausende Demonstrant:innen erheben schwere Vorwürfe gegen die Polizei. Aus dem Lager der Rechtsregierung von Ministerpräsidentin Giorgia Meloni wurden die Beamten verteidigt. Die Regierungspartei Lega erklärte, der Tod des Mannes sei „tragisch“, dennoch müsse man das Handeln der Polizei respektieren.Mehr dazu:
