"Santai saja, jangan bikin ribut kalau ada yang mengkritik. Tanggapi dengan rileks karena dia sayang sama saya," ujar Dedi dalam video yang diunggah di akun TikTok-nya, Selasa (24/6/2025).
Menurutnya, kritik tersebut menunjukkan adanya perhatian dan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap kepemimpinannya.
Dedi mengaku tidak merasa terganggu dengan hinaan, terutama terkait aktivitasnya yang sering diunggah di media sosial.
Lebih lanjut, Dedi menyatakan, tidak keberatan jika dianggap "tolol", asalkan kebijakan yang diambilnya dapat dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat Jawa Barat.
"Bagi saya lebih baik jadi pemimpin yang dianggap tolol tapi bisa berbuat yang terbaik bagi kepentingan masyarakatnya," sambungnya.
