Dikutip dari Tribunnews, Jumat (20/6), peretas ini yang berafiliasi dengan Iran berhasil meretas kamera rumah tangga yang terpasang di sekitar lokasi sensitif.
Adapun rekaman dari CCTV menunjukkan aktivitas di dekat pangkalan militer dan pos keamanan Israel.
Menurut laporan eksklusif Bloomberg, rekaman kendaraan militer dan rutinitas warga berpotensi digunakan dalam strategi serangan lanjutan Iran.
Video hasil peretasan bahkan telah tersebar luas di internet dan dibagikan oleh kelompok pendukung Iran.
Mayoritas CCTV yang diretas merupakan kamera komersial tanpa perlindungan sandi atau sistem enkripsi yang memadai.
Sementara itu, serangan ini dinilai sebagai bagian dari strategi perang generasi baru yang menyasar aspek psikologis dan intelijen.
Materi video yang berhasil diakses memperlihatkan pergerakan militer dan kehidupan sipil di sekitar zona militer Israel.
Meski demikian, Iran dinilai sengaja mengeksploitasi kelemahan sistem teknologi sipil sebagai cara senyap namun efektif dalam memperoleh keunggulan strategis.
