Một người đàn ông 73 tuổi, đã trải qua 14 năm kêu oan và 13 năm bị tạm giam trong một vụ án phức tạp liên quan đến lừa đảo chiếm đoạt tài sản. Vụ án này còn liên quan đến hai bị cáo khác và những cáo buộc tạo dựng văn bản giả mạo để lừa đảo hàng chục tỉ đồng. Các bị cáo liên tục kêu oan, khẳng định không có hành vi lừa đảo, mà thực chất là quan hệ vay lãi được thể hiện dưới hình thức góp vốn đầu tư.Trải qua hai phiên tòa sơ thẩm và phúc thẩm, các bản án đều bị hủy do thiếu chứng cứ và sai sót trong quá trình điều tra. Gần đây, TAND TP Hà Nội đã quyết định hủy bỏ biện pháp tạm giam đối với một trong các bị cáo bị tạm giam 13 năm trời. Câu hỏi đặt ra là: Ai sẽ chịu trách nhiệm nếu người bị tạm giam được xác định là không phạm tội và bị hàm oan?
