Terkait teguran tersebut, Polri memberikan respons dan menyebut akan menerima setiap masukan.
Dikutip dari Tribunnews.com, hal itu disampaikan oleh Karo Penmas Divisi Humas Polri, Brigjen Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko.
Ia menekankan jika pihaknya menerima setiap masukan yang ada.
Trunoyudo mengklaim pihak kepolisian tidak anti kritik.
"Ini bagian hal-hal pada putusan kita hargai, terkait dengan masukan kemudian kritik, bapak Kapolri juga selalu menekankan bahwa Polri tidak antikritik," kata Trunoyudo kepada wartawan di Lapangan Tembak Senayan, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (11/7/2024).
Oleh sebab itu, Trunoyudo mengaku Polda Jawa Barat masih melakukan evaluasi setiap proses yang ada.
Terlebih, saat ini pihak Polda Jabar sudah menerima salinan putusan gugatan praperadilan Pegi Setiawan.
Diketahui sebelumnya, Ma'ruf Amin turut berkomentar mengenai sidang praperadilan Pegi yang dikabulkan oleh PN Jawa Barat.
Ia meminta Polri menangani kelanjutan proses kasus Pegi lebih teliti lagi.
Termasuk memeriksa kembali terkait 3 DPO dalam kasus pembunuhan Vina.
