Dikutip Tribunnews dari Anadolu, Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor, organisasi pemantau HAM yang berbasis di Jenewa mengatakan jumlah total bom ini terhitung hingga 24 April 2024.
Puluhan ribu ton bom itu menyebabkan hampir seluruh wilayah Gaza hancur.
Jumlah ini jauh melebihi jumlah bom yang dijatuhkan saat Perang Dunia II, yakni sekitar 30.700 ton bom.
Menurut berbagai perkiraan, Jerman menjatuhkan sekitar 18.300 ton bom di london pada 1940 dan 1941.
Peneliti di Departemen Sejarah di Universitas Hamburg mengatakan pada tahun 1941, sekitar 8.500 ton bom dijatuhkan di Hamburg.
Kemudian pada Februari 1945, bom dijatuhkan di Dresden sekitar 3.900 ton bom.
Seperti diketahui, per Selasa (4/6) otoritas Palestina mencatat jumlah korban tewas akibat agresi Israel lebih dari 36.550 warga Gaza.
Sementara jumlah korban yang terluka telah mencapai 83.000 warga Palestina.
Hampir delapan bulan setelah perang Israel, sebagian besar wilayah Gaza hancur.
