Sehari sebelum meninggal, kondisi Mpok Alpa sudah menurun.
Mpok Alpa disebut meninggal setelah tiga tahun berjuang melawan kanker.
Namun, komedian tersebut merahasiakan penyakitnya tersebut ke publik.
Disebutkan, Mpok Alpa sempat susah makan dan bahkan suaranya mulai mengecil sebelum meninggal.
Di media sosialnya, ia sempat mengungkapkan keinginan.
Keinginan itu diungkapkannya dalam unggahan di Instagram pribadinya @nina_mpokalpa (30/5/2025).
Sembari mengunggah potret kedua bayi kembarnya, Raffi Ahmad Darmadina dan Raffa Ahmad Darmadina, Mpok Alpa mengurai harapannya.
Ia ingin melihat kedua anaknya tumbuh besar dan sukses.
Mpok Alpa lantas meminta agar sang anak tak menjadi pribadi yang sombong dan rakus.
"Jangan jadi orang sombong. Jangan jadi orang rakus. Jangan jadi orang serakah. Jangan jadi orang pelit." tulis Mpok Alpa.
Diketahui, meninggalnya Mpok Alpa diketahui lewat unggahan sahabatnya, Raffi Ahmad di Instagram.
Raffi Ahmad mengunggah potret hitam putih dirinya dan Irfan Hakim mendampingi Mpok Alpa yang sudah berbaring di ranjang rumah sakit.
Rambut Mpok Alpa dalam foto tersebut terlihat pendek.
