For now, the conflict remains one of the biggest drivers of global economic and security uncertainty.
In Venezuela, the situation has again drawn international attention. The United States has increased pressure on Caracas and has openly demanded that Venezuela reduce its ties with China, Russia, and Iran. China has responded by criticizing external interference, while Russia and Iran continue to maintain strategic links with the Venezuelan government. This has turned Venezuela into another major arena of global power competition.
