Tauhu Telur daging cincang

Jom min share satu lagi menu yang korang boleh buat dan confirm sedapp!

Bahan:
Batang Tauhu Telur
Kuntum Cendawan Butang
Tepung Jagung
Air
Minyak

Daging Cincang
Bawang Putih (cincang halus)
Daun bawang (hiris)
Cili Merah (buang biji dan dadu kecil)
Air

Sos Tiram
Kicap Cair
Kicap Lemak Manis
Serbuk Lada Sulah

Cara:
1. Tauhu telur di potong 5 atau 6 setiap 1, kemudian masukkan ke dalam mangkus.
Satukan tepung jagung dengan 2 sudu besar air dan kacau rata.
Tuang ke dalam mangkuk berisi tauhu telur. Gaul perlahan. Panaskan minyak. Goreng satu persatu hingga
kekuningan. Angkat dan toskan. Cendawan butang dihiris 3 setiap 1 biji, kemudian goreng sekejap hingga
layu, angkat dan toskan. Ketepikan

2. Dalam kuali yang sama, keluarkan minyak dan tinggalkan dalam anggaran 2 sudu besar. Tumis bawang putih
hingga harum dan layu. Masukkan daging cincang, kacau rata dan masak hingga airnya kering dan daging
cincang berubah warna. Masukkan bahan-bahan sos dan juga air. Kacau rata dan biarkan mendidih.

3. Baki tepung jaung untuk menggoreng tauhu telur tadi, boleh dimasukkan ke dalam kuah.
Kacau dan masak hingga pekat. Kemudian boleh tambah tauhu telur dan cendawan tadi. Gaul
hingga rata dan rasa, jika sudah dimasak, matikan api. Tabur hirisan daun bawang dan cili merah yang
didadu sebelum dihidangkan.

4. Siap dihidang.
